What is High Definition ?

High Definition or HD is the newest TV standard that will soon become the standard for all recorded broadcasts. The old standard (present day) has 512 Lines of resolution where as HD has 1080 lines of resolution. These lines of resolution help to make the picture quality 100% clearer. This higher resolution produces clarity like you have never seen from a picture tube.
